Princess Sumaya Hall is a multipurpose indoor sports arena located within Al Hussein Youth City in Amman. It is used for local leagues, national competitions and major regional and international sporting championships.
The venue regularly hosts handball and volleyball matches as well as competitions in judo, parkour and other indoor sports. Previous events have included the Asian Open Judo Championship, West Asian women’s volleyball competitions and Arab sporting championships.
Princess Sumaya Hall is hosting the 11th Asian Men’s Youth Handball Championship from 20 to 31 August 2026, bringing national teams from across Asia to compete for continental honours and qualification places for the 2027 Men’s Youth World Championship.
