Jordan Post offers a wide range of services, including domestic and international mail, parcel and express delivery, EMS, registered mail, PO Boxes, e-commerce logistics, bill payment services, government transactions, postal financial services, and customs-related postal services. The organization is chaired by Dr. Sami Smeirat, Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, while Fadi Al-Baloush serves as the Director General.
