The Ministry is headed by H.E. Dr. Khaled Musa Al-Bakkar, who serves as the Minister of Labor. Dr. Al-Bakkar has extensive experience in public administration, economic policy, and labor market development. Under his leadership, the Ministry continues to implement labor market reforms, strengthen occupational safety, improve employment services, support vocational education and skills development, regulate foreign labor, encourage private sector job creation, and advance the objectives of Jordan’s Economic Modernization Vision.
