Ordonna Partner Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Ordonna Partner Program (“Program”). By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these terms.

The Program allows approved partners to refer businesses to Ordonna and earn commissions based on successful paid subscriptions.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the Program, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete application information
  • Have a valid means of communication (email and phone number)
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Jordan

Ordonna reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its sole discretion.

3. Partner Responsibilities

As an Ordonna Partner, you agree to:

  • Promote Ordonna in an honest and professional manner
  • Not misrepresent Ordonna services, pricing, or features
  • Not use spam, misleading advertising, or unethical marketing practices
  • Respect local laws and digital marketing regulations
  • Only refer genuine and consenting businesses

Any violation may result in immediate termination from the Program.

4. Referral Tracking

  • Each Partner may be assigned a unique referral code or tracking method
  • A referral is considered valid only when a business signs up and completes payment through the assigned tracking system
  • Ordonna is not responsible for lost referrals due to incorrect or missing tracking information

5. Commission Structure

  • Partners earn a commission for each successful paid subscription referred to Ordonna
  • Commission rates will be defined in the Partner onboarding agreement or dashboard
  • Commissions apply only to completed and verified payments
  • Refunds, chargebacks, or canceled subscriptions are not eligible for commission

Ordonna reserves the right to modify commission rates with prior notice.

6. Payments

  • Commission payments will be issued on a schedule determined by Ordonna (e.g., monthly or quarterly)
  • Minimum payout thresholds may apply
  • Payments will be made via approved payment methods available in Jordan
  • Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment details

7. Prohibited Activities

Partners are strictly prohibited from:

  • Self-referrals or fraudulent sign-ups
  • Creating fake leads or fake businesses
  • Misleading or deceptive marketing practices
  • Using Ordonna branding in a way that implies official employment
  • Spamming, mass messaging, or unauthorized advertising
  • Violating intellectual property rights of Ordonna

Violation may result in withheld commissions and permanent removal from the Program.

8. Termination

Ordonna reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate any Partner account at any time
  • Withhold commissions in cases of fraud or abuse
  • Modify or discontinue the Program at any time

Partners may also leave the Program at any time by notifying Ordonna.

9. Limitation of Liability

Ordonna is not responsible for:

  • Loss of income or expected earnings
  • Indirect or incidental damages
  • Technical issues affecting referral tracking
  • Actions taken by referred businesses

Participation in the Program is at the Partner’s own risk.

10. Program Changes

Ordonna may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Partners will be notified of significant changes. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
